, Helsinki. Hazy orange colour, medium beige head. Aroma is hops, earth, citrus, some caramel malts. Flavour is citrus fruit, alcohol, some wood and quite nice. Grassy aftertaste.
Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Hazy deep golden, airy head. Rich grapefruit aroma. Sweet and clean, full bodied with plenty of grapefruit and growing bitterness. A solid DIPA. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - APR 28, 2009
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Clear amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Lightly hoppy aroma. Quite full-bodied with solid caramel accents, a little yeast and phenols combined with a strange touch of bonbons. Fairly bitter but also fairly raw finish. I certainly prefer the more sophisticated American hops in a DIPA, but this is still a solid brew. 230409 madmitch76 (24789) - , Essex, ENGLAND - MAY 28, 2011

Draft at the Olbaren, CPH with Theis. Cheers mate! Hazy amber beer. Soft palate. Creamy strong IPA. The hops are rounded off and some balance is provided by the malt. Very nice!
Cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grapefruit. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Very dry and bitter finish. The bitternes is quite rough. The British hops just can’t match US hops in terms of flavor. 150210
