Best beer I ever tasted. Rich from scent to stumack. Very dry, but at the same time fruiity, The taste stays with youthrough the whole experience. Nice bitterness. espenra (1017) - Kurland, NORWAY - DEC 27, 2008
50cl bottle from Barley Wine. It poured a amber colour with a huge white foamy head that settled down slowly in the glass. The aroma is inticing and seduces you with the fresh scent of hops and some unidentified spices. It is highly tempting just to sit there with the glass and enjoy the aroma all day (or night) long. The flavour suprises as first with its bitterness and spicy tones, but soon the hops makes its precense known and you realize that this in fact completes the aroma. The sip ends with a nice lingering aftertaste after you swallow leaving you wishing for just one more sip. I really liked this beer alot. Oh, and in case I did not make it clear, I liked this beer alot and everyone, including their dog, should run out and purchase a bottle or two. Rodden (8) - - MAY 7, 2013 does not count

A hoppy ale with a fresh taste. The palate is gentle and the flavor is bitter, a tad edgy and energy giving. Maybe not spectacular, but my favorite of the Djævlebryg. gnoff (10793) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 13, 2008

Shady copper color, creamy tan head. Sweet caramelly grainy and hoppy scent. Sweet, malty, light bitter smooth taste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

Dark red color with a thick lasting beige head. Aroma: straw, citrus, bread, malt. Taste: very smooth, some citrusy hops, but also som flowery hops. Malt and caramel in the background. Some fruits too. Complex and well balanced. I really like it. peral2 (579) - SWEDEN - OCT 12, 2012
Very nice aroma with floral and hops. Pours orange cloudy (Unfiltered) with nice off-white head. Medium sweet with full body. Lots of Hops and OK bitterness. Will drink it again!
