[on tap at brewpub] Sulfury popcorn aroma together with boiling hops. Cloudy light brown with a very bubbly white top. Grassy, lotus root flavour with nice fresh hops and a small hint of corn/DMS. Moderately bitter. Medium body, moderate carbonation, slight bitter finish.

(Draught) Pours hazy golden. The aroma is of sulphur and egg with undertones of white bread, lemon, dough and hops. The flavour is of grassy and herbal bitter hops with toasted, bready and cracker-like malt to back it up. The mouthfeel is crisp and light dry. Light to medium bodied.
