My Bottom Line:DonMagi (5593) - bantervile, Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - JUL 5, 2008
Citrusy yeastiness embraces the gripping herbal hop nuances in this sensuously quaffable Světlé Výčepní. Decidedly, this brewpub is top notch from its most subtle to its most potent brews.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-Tantalizing foam sticks atop the cloudy pale blond.
-The body is well-rounded for a desitka, a truly pleasure to chew and swallow.
-That yeastiness is pervasive and actually adds fruity character without impeding on the malt and hop equilibrium.
-The malts are timid in flavor but offer plenty of sweetness to balance out the bitter hoppiness of the Saaz.

PETka z pivovaru. Hazy pale yellow, large white head. Full-bodied for a desítka, malty and pleasantly hopps with a yeasty touch. Great! Marko (5682) - Split / Zagreb, CROATIA - JUL 5, 2008

Poured a murky dark yellow body, small white head that went away at a medium pace. Very grainy nose with some nice soapy fruitiness and herbal hopiness. A lovely grainy, bready taste rounded up with some herbal hop bitterness. Another very good Czech brewpub desítka!
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy golden, small head. Suphury nose with a bit of rubber, but then th feast starts... Dry with crisp and grainy malt, Superbly structured light, yet chewy malt, lots ofpleasant saaz hops. Long bitter finish. Despite the somewhat offputting aroma it’s really,a great pilsener! greatguy (11) - plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - FEB 14, 2008
not part of the "sweet non-sense pilsener club" and yet not as hoppy as hops heros such as jever. first and formost: passed the hang-over test, good stuff it is. sorry mates, didnt see a peach floating in there, really dont know where you got that flavour from.
Draught at the brewpub during RBESG08. Clody deep golden with medium white head. Fresh grainy and bready malt aroma with strong sulphur notes and floral hops. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation. Crisp bitterness. Probably a bit too young, could have been great otherwise. Cuso (8685) - Bratislava, SLOVAK REPUBLIC - SEP 2, 2011
Bottle from brewery. Hazy golden color with nice huge white head. Aroma of malt, some fruity hints. Taste starts sweet malty than continues with nice bitter hops. Long bitter finish. Good.
