COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Not as hoppy as a typical American Pale ale. Hopped three times with Saaz. A subtle, soft dry ale that begins with a malty toastiness, finishes with fruity yeast flavors and spiciness from the hops. As Michael Jackson would have said, "periously drinkable!" One is not enough.

Hazy golden-orange, medium sized white head, spotty lacing. Nose shows soft bready malts, some citric fruits, yeast spice and grass. Flavor is similar. Medium bodied, gentle carbonation, nice rounded finish. Easy drinking, solid beer.

My first sample at the Kennett Brewfest poured by the Dude himself. I split my time between this and the HF Amarillo with occasional pours of the Allagash Rossa. Hazed yellow brown with a brief white head. Nose is a bit catty with yeast and grass. Medium light with soft carb. Taste is lemon peel and bubblegum. Simple but perfectly enjoyable.
