Draft at Fado. Hazy orange copper pour with a light fizzy head that left some runny lace. Medium-light body and flavors. Some slightly tart pumpkin, some caramel sweetness, and some light pumpkin spice. Nothing to offend, but did not win me over. Leafs93 (2305) - Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 11, 2011
Pours copper with a offwhite head. Aroma is faint pumpkin, nutmeg spices and caramel. Taste is sweet with some spiceyness on the finish. I enjyed the understated pumpkin, it works well as most pumpkins seem to be overloading on spices these days. Capa (3336) - Kitsap, Washington, USA - OCT 3, 2011
Copper orange with a white head. Toasty malts, light pumpkin. Medium smooth body. Touch of earthy, spicy hops in the flavor. Decent. Goodgrief (2053) - Middletown, Delaware, USA - SEP 23, 2011
On tap a couple weeks ago at Capone’s, from scribbled notes. Orange, smallish head. Actually, this wasn’t terrible...and I usually hate pumpkin beers. A caramel malt base, nutty with a mild pumpkin and spice finish. Not overdone. A good example. stangger (619) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - SEP 12, 2011
On tap at unos in neshaminy. Odd aroma of strong nutmeg, yeast, sweet malts, sugar. Slightly thin, spicy, bread. A very confused pumpkin ale.

Not a big fan of pumpkin beers, but I always try a pint or two when they come out. One of the best examples I’ve had- great balance of malt and spices, subtle and not over the top, which makes many pumpkin beers undrinkable, IMO. Grainy, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger in aroma, not sure why ginger in a pumpkin, but that’s what I taste. Very malty smooth, no hops that I can detect, Almost like a ocktoberfest. Best pumpkin beer to date from dock street!

Really good pumpkin ale. Has a nice pumpkin/spice aroma, and pours a hazy golden/amber. Tastes of nice pumpkin and spices, with some creaminess/sweetness, but not too much. Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 16, 2010
The subtle aroma of spices and then pumpkin in the nose. The appearance is copper, light golden hue and amber with no head. The flavor of spices and slightly sweet single ale notes. There are light pumpkin notes to finish. italianjohn (3193) - Penndel, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 5, 2010
Deep golden hazy pour light head ... spiced aroma allspice, nutmeg and cinnamon very earthy .... medium bodied more of a peppery spice and earthy pumpkin flavor ... lots of allspice and nutmeg ... a nice change of pace pumpkin not loaded with sweet spices and not too thin and weak

Tap at Capones. Pours a hazy deep ber with a medium creamy off white head. Aroma of pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor of pie crust, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, vanilla and pumpkin. Can actually taste the pumpkin in this one. Not overly spiced.
