callmemickey (4549) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 3, 2014
Lightly hazy straw colored body, thin bubbly white head, sparse lacing. Light wheat, grain cereals, citric zest and juice, a touch of lacto. Light bodied with moderate to lively carbonation, assertive acidity, condensed finish.

thirdeye11 (6162) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 11, 2013
(Draught) clear yellow, soapy white head. Nose is funky, wheat, caramel and lemon. Taste of wheat, cracked grain, light lemon, medium to low carb.

Jesterdeal (1985) - Marlton, New Jersey, USA - AUG 3, 2013
Aroma of stale wheat bread, slight kiwi/starfruit and fennel. Pours murky gold with no head or carbonation. Taste is very mild with tart orange peel, starfruits, and a light malty finish. Not tray enough for me but the finish is pleasantly mild.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric and light cornish/grassy/straw. Citric, milky and light fruity. Light tart and mild bitter finish. Reappearing grassy.

pmcint01 (27) - Pitman, USA - JUN 22, 2013
Very acidic. Cloudy yellow in color. Friuty aroma, but extremely acidic taste. Head quickly faded before my first sip. No lace upon glass whatsoever.

egajdzis (6675) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 9, 2013
Hazy golden color with a medium head that quickly dimished, leaving lighter lacing on the glass. Aroma of lemon, lacto funk, and some green apple. Taste of bread, lemon, tart wheat, and a tart lactic finish. Better than a lot of Berliner examples out now.

3.9
Damico (3147) - Royersford, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 8, 2013
Pours light hazy yellow with a decent creamy white head. Aroma is light tart. Yeast, clean with a wheaty backbon. Flavor bring smooth acidity, not puckering at al. It has a pleasant refreshing wheat profile blended with the tart yeast quite well, notes of lightly sweet and zesty lemon.

3.4
JFGrind (2057) - Glenside, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 21, 2012
Wandered into Johnny Brenda’s on a comfortable summer afternoon for a pint of Johnny Berliner. Cloudy yellow green beer with a sweet tartness, light body and lemon undertones. Quite enjoyable summer beer.
