On tap at Iron Hill Belgium Comes to West Chester. Dark body. Fairly heavy chocolate with a bit of roast. Mildly acrid.

Poured from 12oz bottle into tulip. Pours with a minimal tan head. Light roasted malt and cocoa powder aroma. Brownish black appearance. Taste is very lightly sweet with light notes of coffee and cocoa. Medium bodied with a slightly creamy texture and average carbonation. Slightly bitter finish.

Growler from GAT Beer. Poured opaque black with a 1-finger dark tan head that was gone fairly quickly. Aroma has notes of chocolate and cocoa powder. Body is medium-to-full, with a lightly oily finish. Flavor has a touch of citrus, giving way to chocolate. Pours dark brown with a thick tan head...good lacing and retention. Aroma has lots of dark chocolate...on the sweeter side...some firm roastiness. Flavor follows suit...nice dark chocolate, good roastiness, and a hint of dark fruit...very faint tobacco. mouthfeel is m edium/full and creamy with a dark chocolate/roasty/dark fruit finish that lingers to roasty bitterness.

Dark brown-black body, moderate sized khaki head, creamy lacing. Nose is chocolate with light caramel and brown sugar. Flavor is mostly a soft bittersweet chocolate with light contributions of caramel and roast. Medium bodied, creamy, soft carbonation. Dock Street’s take on Young Double Chocolate. Black pour thin off white beige head, thin and watery mouthfeel ..... Deep black, opaque, even at the edges, just a glimmer of light comes through at the edges... No head, poured to the rim, but little retention, or livelyness when i swirled later on.. Loads of caramel in the aroma, has a distinct sweetness over a slightly roast very mildly chocolaty aroma... kinda lively mouthfeel, some lightly bitter chocolate flavors, very light alcohol, some subtle dark fruits, slightly milky... Lots of chocolate in the flavor...
