Draft - Soapy and fruity plum? Cloudy light Amber with a thin white head. Sweet, herbal and Woody with a grain finish. reebtogi (6403) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 17, 2012
Pint on tap at the brewpub pours a pale amber color with some pink hues and a finger of white head that leaves no lacing. Aroma is toasty malts and mild hops with a hint of flowers. Taste is a sharp hoppy bitterness with some caramel malty sweetness. Light body with moderate carbonation and a decent mouthfeel. A refreshing and easy to drink lager with some unique flavors with the addition of the hibiscus. Wanja (772) - GERMANY - AUG 6, 2012
Unpleasant transparent red color, looks more lika a fruit juice. The aroma is influenced very strong by the contained berries. The fruity taste is quite nice and perfect for very ot summer days... mcberko (19871) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 14, 2009
Sampled at this at the 2009 Nando’s Canada Cup of Beer at UBC Thunderbird stadium. The only sample I couldn’t finish - weak, stale and watery. Quite offensive. GRM (4242) - Aylmer, Quebec, CANADA - JUN 21, 2009

Draught at the brewpub (with ibiscus)BlackDonald (1126) - Gulf Shores, Alabama, USA - JUL 17, 2008
Light amber color with a nice lace. Very light aroma. The flavor is simple, with a small adjustment (from the ibiscus?), giving a light fruity-sourness. Refreshing but nothing special.
Interesting, someone dropped fruit into my Red Stripe. Strange floral aroma, with some sweet fruitiness, decent and balanced enough to be quite quaffable. I might order this again, it was a refreshing little surprise. CCCP (16) - , British Columbia, CANADA - JUL 1, 2008
This is a strange little beer. Reminds me of a frambozen - but in this case it’s hibiscus instead of raspberries. I had a pint of it on the weekend in the sun - I have to admit that this pint suited the surroundings fine. papajohn (1250) - San Diego (Mira Mesa), California, USA - OCT 21, 2007

brew pub: Orange amber color with a small off-white head. Light sweet ripe fruit aroma. Flavor is sweet and fruity (apricot) with a light bitter sweet finish. Medium bodied and tangy with moderate carbonation.
GCBF sample. Faint wispy head. Cherry colour. Thin nose. Flavour is too sweet. Interesting flowery edge and finish.
