More flavorful than many pear ciders, and not grossly sweet, but there’s some sulfur in the aftertaste that brings it down.

Not sure how to rate a pear cider. It tasted like pear and was crisp and refreshing. Would I drink it again? Probably not.

From tap at ADT. Pale yellow, no head. Light nose of apples. Flavors are crisp apples, pears. Some sweetness in the middle but a drier finish.

Fairly old bottle. Pours pale yellow, like a pinot. No head. Prominent acetic note in the nose carries over to the mouth. Underneath nondeScript sweet apple, maybe a touch of pear. Short, slightly dirty finish. Reminds me of when the cider in my fridge starts to turn, so I hope this means that I just got a bad bottle and/or didn’t treat it well. Not very enjoyable.

12 oz bottle. Clear, pale golden body with practically no head and “champagne style carbonation”. Nice fruity aroma of both fresh apples and pears with a hint of yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, mild apple and smooth pear with a faint touch of yeast. Medium body and fruity aftertaste that feels both sweet and tart with a slightly fruity acidic finish. Quite straight forward, easy to drink, not complex thirst quencher.

Bottle. Exceedingly pale yellow color, clear. Aroma of dusty apple skins. Taste is fruity, sweet, plain.

Tap at Schilling Cider House. Lighter hazy pour, aggressive perry nose. Relatively sweet, unrefined though perfectly drinkable. Not the introduction to Perry that I’d choose for somone, but it went down fine.

Pours pale yellow Coors light color with aroma of apple and pear. Apple tart flavor with pear sweetness. Dangerous.

22oz bottle 4/2/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-38° in Lager Glass-Pours a clear very pale yellow with no head. Aroma of apple, pear, and wine. Taste of the same. This light cider is quite tasty.
