Murky copper. Lovely IPA aroma of caramel, pine resin and grapefruitiness. Pretty grapefruit hop flavor with pine resin, bitterness, caramel, and leafy hoppiness. Very delicious and assertively hoppy. Surprising delight from a podunk town brewery in TX. Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - OCT 18, 2012

On tap at the brewpub.
The beer pours a hazy orange color with a white head. The aroma has a ton of floral and pine notes, which I have noticed from other beers which have zythos hops. The flavor has some pine and grapefruit notes, as well as some orange, toffee and biscuit malt. Low bitterness. There is also a metallic character that is present in the flavor. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
