1 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20
24 ounce can
The aroma was decent – with surprisingly little aftertaste.
A grassy and strong alcohol taste.
The worst beer that I have had so far in 2011.
Presentation: It was poured from a 24oz can into a big mug. The label on the can lists the abv at 10%
Appearance: Dog Bite High Gravity Lager has a bright golden body with very good clarity and lots of visible carbonation. From the long pour I got a tall fluffy head that hung on longer than expected.
Smell: In the nose this one is big on corn cereal, raw grain and sweet syrupy corn.
Taste/Palate: The flavor matches its aroma plus it adds a slight over cooked vegetable undertone before finishing with some light earthy dry and bland hops.
Notes: Overall I am not a fan.

24 oz can to pint (from notes). Looks alright; a transparent dark gold with fluffy white head that quickly dissipates into lacing. Smells of bad apple juice and artificial sweetener. Tastes like it smells with a bit of corn too. Below-average on the palate. You know a beer isn’t good when it’s best attribute is it’s appearance (which is average at best). I drain poured this one, mainly because I wasn’t going to be rewarded for drinking this swill with a headache. Ibrew2or3 (8808) - Tempe, Arizona, USA - JAN 4, 2013
24oz can pours clear gold with a thin white head. The aroma has corn syrup, apple juice and a dash of chemical smelling booze. The taste lets you know it has a kick with boozy chemical slick sweet apple juice, creamed corn and growing booziness. The apple ester note blends into more of a pear / nail polish remover sort of sensation into the finish seemingly challenging you to take another sip. daknole (11050) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - NOV 30, 2012
Yellow pour. Corn, sweet honeyed notes, artificial sweeteners. Overall a pretty crappy beverage. AKThunder (167) - New York, USA - NOV 26, 2012
Everyone is being pretentious with this. It is a Malt Liquor, obviously not some high class brew. Actually, I think for the price I would rather drink this than any other 24 oz, besides Steel Reserve.

ock Wall Brewing is the listed producer, but any lame brain can guess this is a Genny product. Boozey, sugary yeast smell, like perhaps the worst Belgian imaginable. Looks like Sprite at best, or possibly urine. Fizzy head abounds, and only lasts a few seconds. Extreme sweet taste, almost like a crappy brand whiskey and coke drink. It’s smooth, but not in a way that hides anything. AS it warms, it actually becomes more like a real wet dog. This will gut punch you like a triple shot a tequila. Makes Old English look like Chimay. ladyhops (43) - - NOV 4, 2012
Nasty. I tried buying and drinking it because, well, I’m a poor ass college student and we were just trying to buy low volume w/ high abv for a fishing trip, which is lame, I admit.
Anyway, it was awful. It was too strong and liquor-heavy. I could hardly get through the smell, which assaulted me when I cracked it open. I ended up pouring most of it out in a toilet, which is funny because the color didn’t have to change much to end up there.
Not worth your time unless you love getting boozy headaches. zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - SEP 15, 2012
(can - 24 oz) Fizzy yellow pour with a fizzy white head. Overly sweet and malty aroma mixed with a hint of alcohol. Too sweet on the flavor, almost sickeningly sweet, but does pack a punch. Billicus (291) - @RED BHUT JOIKIAS!, Paulsboro, New Jersey, USA - AUG 10, 2012
24 can thanks to BlackIPA
aroma, some sour bread esters
taste, at first a slight sour front, more like sourdough bread, but awesomey smooth
overall, pretty darn good malt liquoir, which I had here! rob6239 (677) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 16, 2012
Pours clear pee colour with no head despite carbonated in a can. Aroma has slight citrus. Taste does not mask the 10% alcohol well - not at all actually.
