3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at brewpub. Pours light orange with a thin white head. Slightly sugar note on the nose that resembles candy sugar. A bit of pepper on the tongue balances out the sweetness. Finishes clean. Solid for style but I’m not sure any beer could live up to such an epic description.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap @ the brewpub-Clear light yellow pour w/o much head. Sweet, fruity aroma. Sweet flavors of honey, grapes, some floral hop, some grain. Light & sweet, but more mead like than belgian. Wasn’t too crazy about this one, just OK.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Serving: Draft at the brewpub in Rehoboth. It pours a light gold color. Slight honey nose. Earthy and sweet on the tongue with a slight tang. Odd floral notes. Very interesting. Semi saison like but darker.
