Light gold almost lager like. Heady. Aroma is off beefjerky with saison barnyard leather and Bottled 6 mo ago. On sale for 5$ a 4 pack. Has some lemon and orange flavors with the herbal and beefjerky. Lot of citrus and saison spices and a bit of funk. Ill admit the herbs used sounded gross, its mainly in aroma it seems. Not bad for a style I dont go for but its off. shobramberg (19) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 30, 2017
Saison du Buff pours a transparent cobalt yellow with a white, creamy head. Upfront aromatics include herbs and spices with sweeter, subtler melon notes at the end. It has a medium mouthfeel and semi-metallic lingering finish. The dry taste is reeled in by the herbs and spices. True to saison form, it’s a funky beer deserving of a pour whenever the collaboration comes about. Dorkenstein (555) - - JUL 8, 2017
Barnyard funk aromas with orange zest and lemon lime too. Taste is similar to aromas with a touch of sweet malt. balloonbuffoon (389) - - JUN 20, 2017
12floz single bottle, no freshness date present, paid about $3, and poured contents into a tulip glass. Body is yellow and sparkling that keeps a constant frothing head. Very nice aroma of lemon, herbs (rosemary and parsley most prominent), and mild cheesy funk. I really cannot think of anything to overly critique, other than it is just excellent. Yet it is not the ultimate ale. Light bodied considering the alcohol content, very versatile for whatever the moment. Herbs take center stage, which are properly supported by a grassy graininess. This beer pleases me. vincentvega72 (771) - Terneuzen, NETHERLANDS - JUN 19, 2017
Goudgeel, licht troebel bier met fijne witte schuimkraag. Kruidig aroma (salie, rozemarijn, lichte eucalyptus). Mooi bier.

Draught. Clear pale yellow with very small frothy white head, faint spicy aroma (sage), medium carbonation, malty taste with vanilla and sage, smooth body, medium malty finish. Nicely spicy saison. Dacrza (995) - Great Meadows, New Jersey, USA - JUN 4, 2017
DATE: June 4, 2017... OCCASION: Cavs/Warriors Game Two... GLASSWARE: La Fin du Monde tulip... an insane, swirling storm of bubbles set astir within a golden glass... the snow white head stands prominently, a symmetrical three fingers of sponge that tables into a mesa--this beer looks ready to drink... first whiff is strong herbs: rosemary and thyme are most notable... honey, vanilla, parsley, yeasts, and some earthy malts make for a promising experience... halfway through the glass, a clean drain--balanced, active and extremely drinkable at 6.8% ABV... the Scarborough Fair foursome makes this a festival of flavor, with secondary funk and soft medicinal undertones actually compliment the honeyed sweetness... a beer that could easily lose its four-pack in a sitting, as with the unique aromas and flavors ot usually associated with a saison, much less a beer in general...could these three brewers create something less? wombat23 (1505) - Texas, USA - MAY 6, 2017
Shared 12 oz. bottle. Clear straw, white head. Intense herbal aroma. Taste has very concentrated herbal flavors, with rosemary, thyme, sage and even parsley noticeable. There are some faint saison characteristics getting through, but the herb flavors are incredibly overpowering, and not necessarily in a good way. darbeer75 (911) - Round Rock, Texas, USA - MAY 6, 2017
Aroma: interesting combination of rosemary and grainy/wheaty notes; Appearance: clear yellow pour with thin white head that dissipates quickly; Taste: follows nose, but doesn’t work. Unpleasant, like the combination of beer and a scented candle; Palate: light bodied with medium finish; Overall: No thanks. Carlisle (767) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 29, 2017
Draft. Pours gold with white head. Herbal aroma with thyme, rosemary, and sage most prominent along with some fruity yeast. Lemon citrus upfront followed by herbs (rosemary and thyme especially). Long, herbal finish.
