Slightly brownish gold pour, huge creamy head. Fruity, juicy nose - pineapple, orange, pine overload, big malt foundation. Taste isn’t quite at the same level - hop character is relatively earthy, not as citrusy as the nose. Sugary malt backbone, slightly chalky finish. Slightly disappointed, but it’s passable. smroush (281) - Michigan, USA - JAN 28, 2017
Aromas dominated by the hops - pine and spruce, maybe a slight touch of orange. Some bread notes from the malt.
Color is a fairly light amber, but a bit on the orangish side. Head is small to medium with a white to off-white color.
Taste is fairly dry and bitter.
Palate is clean and crisp with slightly lively carbonation. A medium length finish with a lingering bitterness.
Overall a fairly good IPA. I like the clean, crisp, hoppy aroma, taste and mouthfeel. However personally I prefer a more malt balance - a little more one dimensional than I’d like. KevinReddirt (166) - Midland, Texas, USA - JAN 28, 2017
One of the better offerings from Midland On Tap tasting at the CAF. It was served a complimentary dark yellow and possessed a great, long lasting eggshell foam. Scent of grass and pine. Taste was a good slug of hoppiness with an earthy spruce. Sort of a 90 Minute light. Good but no world changer. tezarak (121) - Lengnau, SWITZERLAND - JAN 28, 2017
UPDATED: FEB 12, 2017 Poured at home from a 12fl.oz. bottle (assuming 33cl) into a tulip glass. Orange-brown with a moderate, but slightly transparent, haze. Butter, caramel and very slight hay flavours with weak hops. Full bodied and oily, creamy texture. Carbonation is well suited to texture - slightly low, but matches the smoothness of the beer. Bitterness is, unfortunately, quite below my expectations. john44 (3101) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 25, 2017
Bottle. Bottled May 2010; Drank Jun 2011 - Orangey Gold in colour. Very Fruity; citrus orange, peaches. Hoppy; piney oily resinous hops. Malty; solid malt backbone. Sweet citrus fruity with a dry mildly bitter hoppy finish. Nice balance. Very drinkable. Nice IPA! (2011-06-25)

Shared 12 oz. bottle. Clear gold color, white head. Aroma of citrus, floral notes. Taste is citrus, pine, malt, yeast. Not as flavorful as a lot of IPAs, but simple and clean. darbeer75 (902) - Round Rock, Texas, USA - JAN 22, 2017
Aroma: citrusy and hoppy; Appearance: clear orange pour with thin white head that dissipates slowly; Taste: follows nose; has some complexity; Palate: medium body with long, lightly bitter finish; Overall: pretty good, but not worthy of such a high average score. But would get again. laminarman (32) - - JAN 22, 2017
Golden and nice appearance with good lacing, from bottle. Slightly cloudy but fine. To me the hops are decidedly laced with pine notes and there is a slight malt presence on the nose. Not as enticing as I thought it would be, but it’s very good and clean. Nice palate with good balance, fine finish. Nothing spectacular but I could drink this ALL day long. Fine to me. piwnanuta (158) - Warsaw, POLAND - JAN 19, 2017
60 minute IPA, 30 seconds of drinking. Damm it’s so good. Urywa ryja. Nachmielone brzoskwinie, mandarynki i cytrusy. Mniam. I ta przyjemna słodycz. Gdybym mógł, to bym się wgryzł. Korcz (3390) - Warsaw, POLAND - JAN 17, 2017
