3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear golden with minimal head. Aroma is pine and citrus but not nearly as bold as the west coast IPAs. Taste is a weak citrus and a little grassy with more of a malt presence than is usual for the style. Finish is dry and slightly bitter. I have had so many of these over the years and never understood the high ratings so I decided to try it once again and I still feel the same way. It is very easy to drink but there are so many better IPAs out there.
A very classic, but very good IPA. Golden color, clear. Nice smell but could be more pronounced. Classic flavor but prefect mix of aroma (in the pinus range) and bitterness (which lasts a bit too long). Draft, in their own bar.

Hoppy up front citrusy notes that kind of recede into a malty finish. Solid overall beer, don't like the malty notes at the end very much.

Enjoyed very much. Slightly too much bitterness on the finish for my wife, but she still enjoyed it. The flavor profile and drinkability were very good. WingmanWillis (407) - Surrey, ENGLAND - SEP 30, 2017
Keg at the Keg Room. Pours clear gold with a decent white head. Aroma is piney good with some caramel and grain. Taste is an old skool IPA with the bitter hops supported by a solid caramel malty base that sweetened the finish. Pretty decent stuff. BarrelGuru33 (1) - - SEP 22, 2017 does not count
UPDATED: SEP 22, 2017 Overrated compared to other IPA. Should not be rated in the 90’s. You have to judge for yourself. Beer tasting is and always be a personal thing.

Clean piney IPA with a clean malt backbone. Sessionable if you can handle it
