(Bottle 35,5 cl) Dark amber, unfiltered with a pretty flat head and some sediment. Pronounced hoppiness in the nose, in fact the hops saturates this beer - they’re simply all over and returns in the palate. One of the most hardcore IPA’s I’ve had. Man I love Dogfish Head. The 60 Minute IPA is great because it is widely available - at least in the Northeast. Rich dark brown color. Moderate head. Sweet hoppiness. Got a little citrus flavor to it. Gotta love it. Rasmus40 (22129) - Beder, Aarhus, DENMARK - OCT 21, 2013

Parallel with 90 Minutes and Sixty-One
Hazy golden color with small head. The aroma is lightly malty; the mouthfeel is smooth, it has some pale malt flavor, correct bitterness, but not much hop quality.
Beautiful golden color and big creamy head. Very nice hop aroma, crispy, a bit nutty, and fruity (mature apricots and raisins). Some good malt flavor, unable to balance the huge amount of hops, with a lot of caramel character. Enjoyable.

Had this one many a time just all in pre rating days!
Golden orange with a big old off white head.
Nose is pale malts, orange, grassy, light hop notes, tangerine.
Taste comprises light grapefruit, orange pith, straw, lemon, light caramel malt notes.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, hop bitterness in the close.
Drinking and rating this about 10 years on from the first time I had it, it just didn’t deliver the same hop hit and semi ’wow’ factor. I guess this one holds a high score on the site due to longevity, nothing wrong with this at all but IPA’s have moved on for me.

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2010 On tap at the Alibi Room - pours a hazy copper colour with a white head. Lots of hops in aroma and flavour with rich malts and a little sweetness. An excellent IPA. saxo (19569) - Højbjerg, Aarhus, DENMARK - JUL 2, 2012
Bottle from a random cornershop in Manhattan. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, bitter hops, citrus and malt. Nice bitter finish. harrisoni (19534) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - NOV 6, 2006
355cl bottle from Belmont Station, Portland. Clear gold/copper with lasting beige head. Nice hop aroma, not over the top. Nice sweet malt to balance. Good hoppy finish. Bit of yeast/fart on aroma. Very drinkable. Love the balanced interesting hop finish. Oakes (19363) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 16, 2002
The brewer told me that the first time they made this beer the football game didn't work and he had to do it by hand. Ouch! Hazy amber, floral, lightly piney hop nose. Rich hops, lots of bitterness. In a way, this is less balanced than the 90Min, but in a way, that makes it better. A great beer in the hop-o-rific West Coast style. rlgk (18843) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - SEP 23, 2007
(Stockholm Beer Festival 2007) Bottle. Golden color, great white head. Huge hoppy aroma, grassy and metallic, but also with some fruity notes. Grapefruit is there as well. Hoppy flavor, grassy, metallic, grapefruit notes. A very good IPA.
