COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Johnny Cask has entered the building! Weve retrofitted a 15 barrel tank to perfectly produce a very special cask conditioned ale (so, we have a little time to play around during winters at the Delaware coast). This beer, known as Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA is a blend of 60 and 90 Minute IPAs with a special whole leaf cascade dry-hopping session. Post-hopping the beer gest transferred into firkins and dosed with fresh yeast and maple syrup from the ole family homestead (actually the first batch will be re-fermented with maple syrup from the farm up the road from ours since ours wont be ready until late March.

Only the ratings for bottles and single-cask pours of this should be rated. The 50/50 blends of 60 and 90 where they come from different taps are not rateable, and do not belong here.

As with all the Minute series I have tried, I loved it. Perfect in between to 60 and 90.

Not bad. Hoping for a bit more malty flavor. Tastes like it is in between 60 and 90 strangely enough. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Rated on 6-28-2015 (Bottle-Belmont Beverage, Time Corners, Fort Wayne, IN) The appearance is a large smooth off-white head with a long retention, hazy medium yellow body, fizzy, fast rising carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is citrus hops and maple syrup. The flavor is lightly bitter, citrus hops and maple syrup. This beer is light-medium bodied. A very quaffable IPA that is not overly hoppy or bitter tasting. It is worth trying.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2015 Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Hazy golden color with froathy white head. This is an extremely drinkable ipa. Very nicely balanced. Semi sweet with a slightly bitter finish. Medium smooth body. Not as crisp as i would like an ipa to be.

Large bottle, Sweet malty aroma underneath more dominant grassy-herbal hops. The flavor is similar, but with more sweetness than the aroma suggests. Smooth, medium+ body with medium-low carbonation.

Poured from 750ml, murky yellow haze thick white head. Aromas of rotten bananas, banana bread, maple syrup. Begins bitter on the palate and finishes with a complex balanced sweet, syrup, caramel bready finish leaving the palate dry.

Great citrusy, hoppy aroma. Flavor is citrus hops at first, with balanced malt profile and finishes with a great caramel and maple flavor. Not overly sweet but the maple flavor is very nice as a finale. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a brilliant gold with a thick, creamy head that fades quickly but stays rimming the glass the entirety of the drink. Strong, bursting hops scent with an interesting mix of maple syrup and tropical fruits, maybe a trace of a thin caramel aroma as well. Body is very full with a subtle hint of maple that is sweet but not overpowering. Ill definitely be picking this one up again.
