Bottle 2015. Pours Golden with white head and noticeable sediment from bottle conditioning. Aroma is Citrus and floral. Taste is well balanced with citrus up front and a sweet floral finish. Very good one. Tstamba (786) - Maryland, USA - DEC 12, 2015
Pint at the brewery on cask. Smooth hop notes of floral and citrus notes... Well balanced and delicious... Ahuth (665) - Illinois, USA - DEC 8, 2015
Pint bottled. Nice copper Orange. Has a similar taste of 60 but a little bolder. Has a grassy floral upfront taste. After a bit it starts having a fruit hops. Great ipa RRistow12 (954) - Lewis Center, Ohio, USA - DEC 2, 2015
Tasted from bottle. Pours a hazy beige gold with slightly off white head. Aroma is citrusy with lemon, grapefruit. A little caramel and maple syrup as it warms on the nose. Taste is a moderate bitterness with a nice sweet malt backbone. Sweeter taste then nose would suggest but not overly sweet. Flavors of citrus fruit, caramel, maple syrup, earthy notes. Excellent IPA just like all the other dogfish IPAs

As with all the Minute series I have tried, I loved it. Perfect in between to 60 and 90.

Not bad. Hoping for a bit more malty flavor. Tastes like it is in between 60 and 90 strangely enough.

Rated on 6-28-2015 (Bottle-Belmont Beverage, Time Corners, Fort Wayne, IN) The appearance is a large smooth off-white head with a long retention, hazy medium yellow body, fizzy, fast rising carbonation observed, and a fair amount of lacing. The aroma is citrus hops and maple syrup. The flavor is lightly bitter, citrus hops and maple syrup. This beer is light-medium bodied. A very quaffable IPA that is not overly hoppy or bitter tasting. It is worth trying. demannu (451) - New Jersey, USA - NOV 9, 2015
UPDATED: NOV 20, 2015 Aroma of citrus and tropical fruits. Hazy golden color with froathy white head. This is an extremely drinkable ipa. Very nicely balanced. Semi sweet with a slightly bitter finish. Medium smooth body. Not as crisp as i would like an ipa to be. chinchill (5345) - South Carolina, USA - SEP 12, 2015
Large bottle, Criz (362) - - AUG 15, 2015
Sweet malty aroma underneath more dominant grassy-herbal hops.
The flavor is similar, but with more sweetness than the aroma suggests.
Smooth, medium+ body with medium-low carbonation.
Poured from 750ml, murky yellow haze thick white head. Aromas of rotten bananas, banana bread, maple syrup. Begins bitter on the palate and finishes with a complex balanced sweet, syrup, caramel bready finish leaving the palate dry.
