Great citrusy, hoppy aroma. Flavor is citrus hops at first, with balanced malt profile and finishes with a great caramel and maple flavor. Not overly sweet but the maple flavor is very nice as a finale.

Bottle thanks to my buddies at Mean Sardine brewery. Dark gold color. Medium head. Medium high bitterness. Low sweetness. Medium body. Aroma is alcohol, malt, fruity, spice, berries. Cousin_Larry (895) - - JUN 7, 2015
Johnny Cask has entered the building! We’ve retrofitted a 15 barrel tank to perfectly produce a very special cask conditioned ale (so, we have a little time to play around during winters at the Delaware coast). This beer, known as Dogfish Head 75 Minute IPA is a blend of 60 and 90 Minute IPAs with a special whole leaf cascade dry-hopping session. Post-hopping the beer gest transferred into firkins and dosed with fresh yeast and maple syrup from the ole family homestead (actually the first batch will be re-fermented with maple syrup from the farm up the road from ours since ours won’t be ready until late March. emusche (209) - Wisconsin, USA - JUN 5, 2015
Pours a brilliant gold with a thick, creamy head that fades quickly but stays rimming the glass the entirety of the drink. Strong, bursting hops scent with an interesting mix of maple syrup and tropical fruits, maybe a trace of a thin caramel aroma as well. Body is very full with a subtle hint of maple that is sweet but not overpowering. I’ll definitely be picking this one up again. osu97gp (678) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 29, 2015
Pours a clear orange with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of floral hops, caramel malt, and slight alcohol. Flavor of caramel malt, some maple, citrus and floral hops. Pretty good.

I really the Dogfishes. The 75 was one I had tasted and it did not disappoint. This fits in nicely between the 60 and 90.

(bottle) My offering for the 25th anniversary dinner. A good all-around IPA but seem to fall a bit short of the hype. Sask89 (529) - Regina, Saskatchewan, CANADA - MAY 4, 2015
Pours a hazy golden colour with a creamy white head. Aroma smells a little of apricots and peaches with some slight floral notes and a little maple syrup. Taste is mildly sweet throughout with a nice bitterness that is not too strong. Medium body, smooth on the palate, and livelier carbonation. Overall a good IPA.
Light gold color with a massive head even after a gentle pour and globs of lacing. Smells of caramel and citrus. Great flavors and balance with a slight sweetness. Creamy, smooth, and highly carbonated allowing a pleasant mouthfeel. Great IPA that is easy to drink and highly recommended!
