Simply great. Good color, head, and lacing. Good lasting medium flavor. Great IPA.

From tap in a pint glass. Pours deep inviting red orange color with a fluffy cream head. A bit of hop citrus in the nose balanced nicely by rounded grass and apricot notes. Taste is full of interest. A bit of hop up front mingles with subdued malt. As the beer roles back I was expecting the buttering hops to come through, instead the apricot takes over finishing a bit tart rather than bitter and leaves the palate begging for another go at those flavors. Texture is great. Good malt base support for the flavors. I really enjoyed this fine beer that pours a bit dark for an IPA, but tastes light nonetheless. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPod

Smells very similar to their 90 minute IPA. Slightly sweeter and you can taste the apricot overtone though it is not overwhelming or too sweet. Very nice linger and very smooth to drink. Great variant of Dogfishheads IPA for spring. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Fun spin on ipa ! Really flavorful don’t be fooled into thinking this is just another fruity beer. It packs a punch and is really enjoyable.

This is one of my favorite beers, a great mid-afternoon drink. Goes great with hearty salads or chips and salsa. The only thing stopping me from giving the palate a 5 is that it’s a little sticky feeling in the mouth.

Veighly taste like apricots. It tastes fruity like most good IPA’s but I don’t think I would have tasted the apricots if I hadn’t been told it was there. Good IPA though!

Beautiful color and lacing and a subtle apricot scent, but it’s definitely there. It’s definitely an IPA, with fruit, less-so a fruit beer, but a great beer nonetheless.

A specimen in terms of fruit beers. Dogfish head exerts the full extent of their brewing knowledge in this superb IPA made with apricot. Pours a deep copper color with almost no head. Smells of dried apricot, resin and citrusy hops. Smooth mouthfeel, slightly sticky from the fruit. Palate opens with apricot, progresses to a floral hop backbone and finishes cleanly with little bitterness.

Fabulous IPA rounded out by juicy fruits. I will look forward to buying this every Spring.

A- A nice citrus aroma with just a tad bit of a spice element. A- Dark golden brown with a two finger head. T- A slightly aggresive IPA with a soothing hint of apricot P- Medium body O- Delicious beer, it balances beautiful citrus accent with a bold hop flavor. One of my favorites
