Had this at the 2012 Great American Beer Fest in Denver, Colorado. Very interesting brew, had some very nice spice and a creamy carrot/pumpkin flavor. daknole (11044) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - OCT 18, 2012
Craziest beer I have ever tried in my life. Looks like a glass of golden carrot juice. Smells like carrot juice and ginger. Flavor is the damn same. Barely any beer flavor. Crazy shit! colinize (317) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 12, 2012
So this is a really really interesting beer. Smells and tastes exactly like chicken noodle soup. Served warm. Gets kind of astringent though, which is the only thing that really knocks this down. machfive55 (358) - Columbia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 2, 2012
A very interesting beer that I will give them good marks for presentation, it was hazy orange with a carrot stick in it. The beer was sweet, flat and slightly warm. A very interesting beer that does not sound good but is really not as bad as you think it would be. An interesting dessert beer and definately a sipper. jeremytoni (3058) - Swedesboro, New Jersey, USA - SEP 20, 2012
From the tap poured a brown color with a carrot floating in it and a small amount of head. Sweet spicy malty flavor with a lingering finish.

Lightly hazy amber color with a small, off white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of ginger, floral hops, citrus, carrots and spice. Taste of ginger, carrots, light bitterness, and spicy alcohol in the finish. Glad this wasn’t warmed.
