3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Been looking forward to trying this one for awhile now. Pours a beautiful golden honey color with a thin fizzy white head. Aroma is white wine, toasted malt, honey, and muscadine. Front end is white grapes, apple, followed by sweet malts and intense honey flavors. There is a bit of a boozy taste to it that you’d expect from a 9% beer. Palate is similar to a cider. Crisp and carbonated. Overall a nice change of pace from the usual. Feels more like drinking a cider or a white wine than a beer.
Faint honey aroma with a golden appearance mead like malts complement the sugary finish. wombat23 (2150) - Texas, USA - DEC 23, 2017
12 oz. bottle. Clear pale gold, white head. Aroma of honey, grains, bread. Taste is grains, honey, white grape, faint herbs, no saffron. Finish is sweet and grainy. Not sure about this one. Okay. Zilverenmaan (318) - Antwerp, BELGIUM - DEC 6, 2017
Poors clear honey yellow with decent head. Aroma faint: some honey, malts. Taste slightly stronger: mostly malts and honey, some hints of muskat grapes to add some depth. MF soft. Rather unimpressive. edgallow (4640) - nashville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 27, 2017

Bottle Vero Beach Fl ABC. Light gold in color and clear with thin head. Aroma make me think of white wine (white grapes) and orange blossom honey. Light bodied, sweet and balanced with no strong alcohol taste for being 9%. " between wine and mead" is about as accurate as you can get with this sweet beer.

No troche jak utleniona dipa ze sladem winogron i bez szafranu. Miod dominuje. Ale nie jak w braggocie tylko jak z utlenienia... alko schowa nickel (1263) - UKRAINE - OCT 1, 2017

12oz bottle, found at a grocery store in Moncks Corner. Hazy golden amber with a thin white head. Raisins, grapes, prunes, mid-palate sweetness, ginger, wine. Full bodied with evident alcohol. Drying finish. Take some time with this one, unusual but very good. dorain (724) - Berlin, GERMANY - SEP 15, 2017
Vom Fass Stone Brewing Berlin 2016-11 getrunken.
