COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher. Namaste was originally brewed at our pub in Rehoboth Beach with our Italian friend Leo from Birra del Borgo. It was a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production) in 2009.

Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of wet hay. The taste is filled with a bit of ginger. Finishes dry. Clean for a witbier. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at friends house what would DE weekend be without DFH. Dirty gold. Light nose of coriander and citrus. Tastes the same, lemon, coriander, orange peel, earth thin palate.

12oz bottle (courtesy of Headbanger) poured into a Weizen Glass at 48°. Color is a bright yellow gold with a light haze. Carbonation is very good giving a tall rocky head. Aroma is floral wheat, spices and a hint of citrus. It has a medium body with a smooth mouth feel. Flavor is subtle orange and lemon on creamy wheat then some coriander and spice. In the after taste the citrus gives a sour note then finishes clean and somewhere in there I get a note of banana. Overall this is a great brew, one of the most complex and bold whites I’ve had.

UPDATED: AUG 15, 2017 Muy especiada. Se siente todo: la naranja, la pimienta y el trigo. Mucha efervescencia

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2017 My first offering of Dogfish. Bubbly yellow pour with noisy fizz. Nice clean taste with citrus zip. Bubbles still persist along with a thin head, very nice.

Rating #2514 - 2016.05.04 - Sample at BrewExpo at CBC in Philadelphia. Hazy golden/orange pour with a decent white head. Aroma is orange (mostly from the garnish), and coriander. Taste is more orange rind flavours with a yeasty kick on an otherwise smooth finish. Decent Wit.

Outstanding! Not quit the bouquet of Hoegaarden, nor the superior taste of Allagash White. Yet, very crisp, refreshing, spicy, with a subtle sweetness. Great summer refresher.

On tap at Embassy Suites Kansas City. Light in color. Not much aroma. Great flavor and a sweet finish.

Great beer for summertime. Pair with a steak and arugula salad. Solid choice for nice meal or just sipping on while you grill ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
