COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher. Namaste was originally brewed at our pub in Rehoboth Beach with our Italian friend Leo from Birra del Borgo. It was a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production) in 2009.

Clear light gold with a small sticky white cap. The nose has a little sweet earthy pilsner malts, some sweet orange zest, and a neat little lemongrass tone. Flavor is sweet and grainy from the medium-bodied pilsner malts with a spicy bit of coriander, sweet orange zest in abundance, a touch of clove, and a dryish peppery finish. Perhaps the best wit Ive ever had.

Aroma of Belgian yeast, citrus, spice and earthy notes. A cloudly straw pour with a thin white head and no lacing. The taste is Belgian yeast, citrus, earth, with notes of orange and spice. Midium body and medium carbonation. Dry, crisp mouthfeel. Overall, refreshing, crisp and dry.

12oz bottle. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is of sweet citrus, lemon orange. Taste has a nice zesty lemon orange flavor with some slight notes of coriander and wheat, mild bitterness. Palate is a medium body, crisp with good carbonation. The finish is sweet citrus lemon orange flavor, coriander, wheat notes and mild bitterness for balance. Overall a good flavorful drinking brew.

Nose is coriander, orange zest, black pepper note. Taste matches nose. Well spiced, orange zest. Decent Belgian white interpretation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light and fizzy. Fairly boring body with hint of spices. Enjoyable but a little underwhelmed.

Bottle poured a light golden color with a coating of white head. Aroma has wheat, lemongrass, orange hints, and spices. Mouth feel is light and the carbonation on the lower side. Flavor is very interesting with herbs, mild peppercorn, and orange citrus hints.

12oz bottle in my Bubba Gump Shrimp party cup - nose is orange and spicy. Sips adds little: slightest peppercorn. Light and refreshing. Come on spring! Did not meet expectations.

Pours a light straw color with a hint of sunshine in it. Hazed and with a white head of loose bubbles that fell quickly to a ring and film on top. Just lovely. Nose is breaddy and cracker. There is a light grain sweetness that seems to be deep in the beer but not too strong or heavy. The fruit is subtle. A bit of lemon citrus, a very faint whisper of fresh orange. Some coriander adds earth to the nose. Taste is friendly and very drinkable. Dry, crisp and the flavor of lemongrass. The juicy orange lightly underneath and a crisp wheat dryness. Creamy body with active carbonation. A bit of earth finishes this one dry.

http://imgur.com/Bpp7Nre - Bottle. Pours hazy gold with thin white head. Smells of spice, citrus, and a hint of wood. Finishes clean with little lingering hop bitterness. Light bodied. Tastes of wheat, clove, stove, pepper, and a bit of lemongrass. Good effervescence. Solid and to style wit.
