A witbier bursting with good karma. Made with dried organic orange slices, fresh-cut lemongrass and a bit of coriander, this Belgian-style white beer is a great thirst quencher. Namaste was originally brewed at our pub in Rehoboth Beach with our Italian friend Leo from Birra del Borgo. It was a tribute to our friends at 3 Fonteinen brewery in Belgium, who had devastating production loss (1/3 of their annual production) in 2009.

Bottle: Poured a dirty yellow color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and solid wheat malt with just the right amount of lemongrass is very enticing. Taste is a great mix between some coriander and slightly sweet wheat malt with good notes of lemongrass which really works well into the mix. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Really enjoyed this one with great amount of wheat malt and lemongrass bringing something unique to this mix.

Poured from 750mL bottle into Weiss glass. Cloudy light straw color with a thick effervescent head. Aromas of yeast, coriander, lemon, and other citrus. Flavors follow with big yeast flavor, coriander with touches of orange and lemon. Mouthfeel is light and easy with high carbonation. An easy drinking summer brew for sure. --- Cheers

Aroma is light & belgiumy. Pours a light gold. Taste is similar to blue moon with a slight step up. Light bodied & drinkable. Unusual for DFH.

A decent beer, obviously very light body not too malty but lots of hints of coriander and lemon. Avoids tasting like any other light beer though, so worth the price.

Pours a hazy yellow/honey with a medium white head. Aroma has notable orange and lemongrass. Flavor has more coriander and a touch of lemongrass...orange takes a back seat. Mouthfeel is medium and lively with a yeasty/spicy dry finish.

Hazy gold amber beer, little white head. Light and very dry palate. Dry lemongrass and a whisper of lime citrus. A little creamyness creeps in but this is a pretty dry beer and I dont do very dry.

Large bottle. Pours a hazy yellow orange with a thin white head and plenty of sediment. Strong citrus aroma with flavors of lemon and pepper. One of the better white beers I have tasted.

750ml bottle, hazy pale yellow hue, with a big rocky fluffy white head, nice orange peel, coriander spicy, milky yeastiness nose, with a pale, wheat maltiness accent, and some herbal floral citrus hop note in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a good sweet lactic yeastiness, orange juicy peel, honeyed pale, pilsener, wheat malt character, with a soft spicy coriander, faint lemongrass, orange marmalade flavour, with a light doughy, vanilla undertone, leading towards an orange fruitiness peel, coriander faint vanilla spiciness, honey wheat maltiness finish.
