Really light and smooth refreshing taste, a little wheaty but also with a touch of sour, all in all a great beer, I could drink a lot of it. treemechanic (4) - New Jersey, USA - JAN 8, 2011 does not count

Bottled on 04.21.14.
Poured from a 12 oz into a tumbler on 05.19.14.
A: Cloudy straw yellow with a 1/2 finger head.
S: It smells like a wit should. Spices, lemon peel, grass.
T: Follows the nose with the addition of orange and wheat.
M: Crisp and creamy. Great carbonation.
O: This is an excellent wit. It is grassier than others, but I love that quality. This one is in my rotation. billygotescruff (1) - - JUL 11, 2017 does not count
Great beer for summertime. Pair with a steak and arugula salad. Solid choice for nice meal or just sipping on while you grill

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a medium white head. Aromas are orange peels and lemon. The taste is fantastic, a perfect balance of orange, lemon, and spices. Better than hoegaarden, probably the best white I’ve ever had.

All the levels of what I think should be in a Belgian wheat comes through and is delicious

UPDATED: MAR 24, 2017 Aroma is Belgian yeast and big coriander. The flavor is big coriander, wheat, mild orange and a lightly tart finish. Squizzle (306) - Ashland, Oregon, USA - JAN 25, 2014
This is really, really good beer! Light and fruity with a nice presentation. Had it at grandmas funeral.
