Clear yellow pour with medium sized white head. Aroma of grapes, white wine, yeast and a tinge of citrus. Taste of green grapes, malts, yeast, hint of caramel and faint hops. Very interesting and not a bad beer. ajnepple (6485) - Denver, Colorado, USA - FEB 12, 2013
On tap at The Mayor of Old Town. Pale golden and clear with a white foam and some lacing. Smells tart, fruity and lightly of yeast. Similar flavor, with a touch of white wine as well. Not bad. SoberDave (182) - Escondido, California, USA - FEB 11, 2013
Pale clear pour with a light head around the rim. Taste of a sour dry white wine and a hint of citrus. ThirstyBird (2919) - Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - FEB 11, 2013
Pours clear light yellow with small white head that goes to a whisp. Smell is of white grapes and must. The taste is a big white grape flavor, must, crisp, dry.Very vinous in taste. Light and effervescent. This beer is tasty and refreshing. rougeau13 (2958) - Richmond, Texas, USA - FEB 10, 2013
Clear, very pale yellow with a small white head. It looks like chardonnay with a tiny white head. Aroma of wheat, grapes, wine, spruce, must, and mint. The taste is tart white wine, yeast, slight bitterness, and very slight sweetness. Medium bodied and a touch dry. This is the best white wine I’ve ever tried.

Clear pale gold pour with a soapy white head that fades down to a film. A lot of visible carbonation. Dusty, funky, hay, green grape aroma. Taste is a very earthy, dusty white wine mixture with some barnyard characteristics. Very dry and crisp. Like a saison mixed with white wine mixed with champagne. Very interesting. mrhoppy (1288) - Santa Clara, California, USA - FEB 9, 2013
Damn Pilsner malt!!!!! I thought I would try this even though I hate pilsner malt. The sourness saves this beer. Ultra clear and glassy in appearance. Freaky. ozarkspops (368) - - FEB 7, 2013
Crystal clear light golden color. White wine line. Medium white head with mild lacing. Aroma is cross between a Belgian dubbel and white wine. A lot of grapiness and esther's. A mild amount if bright malt sweetness. Flavor starts out very white wine like. Very crisp and tart grapiness, but mellows out into a Davison like estery Belgian style beer. Actually very refreshing and light.

Bottle. Pours a light straw with a quarter finger of rapidly diminishing, fine white head. Aroma is funky, farmhouse, tart wheat, musty. Flavor is sour, tart, and wheat up front, finishes funky and perhaps lactic. Tart white grapes, slight alcohol in finish, reminiscent of of mead and wine in finish. Lingers briefly. Moderate to soft carbonation, medium body, and crisp texture. LucynEthanol (3) - - FEB 5, 2013 does not count
Beautiful clean, clear straw color. Small 1/4 inch head. At first, a strong white grape juice on the nose, but that quickly dissapated to reveal the frangrance of spicy Belgian yeast.
Nice sharp bubbles, and citrus-y hops. Pleasant long finish rounded out by grapes.
A very delicious beer, that would be great to pair with foods that normally work with a saison or white wine.
