olio (10408) - Tampere, FINLAND - AUG 24, 2012
75 cl bottle @ vPBF. Bottled 2012.
Pours hazy pale golden color with small head. Aroma of yeast, herbs, yeast, spice notes, some citrus fruits and some white wine notes. Flavor of white wine, citrus fruits, grape fruit, herbs and grass. Very dry palate and very white wine dominant. Odd.

[email protected] Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is white wine, some green apples, and slight earthy notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, quite Deus like. Rather dry.

after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - AUG 20, 2012
750, capped. Pours a crystal clear medium gold with a nice dense creamy white head. Solid eggy lace. Mild bright vinous lemony nose, clearly influenced by the white wine grapes, but still fairly subdued. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Lemony tang, sweet floral notes, almost dandelion-esque, showing plenty of white wine on the mid palate. Enjoyable, and actually rather well done, but skewing a bit too heavily toward the sweet.

jtclockwork (16831) - , New Jersey, USA - AUG 18, 2012
Bottle shared with Yanick. Pours clear gold with white head. Nose/taste of grape seed, peaches, white grapes, wheat malt, banana and apple. Medium body.

Feels/tastes more like a wine than a beer. But thats not necessarily a bad thing. Probably won’t try this beer again but it’s something everyone should try once.

KyotoLefty (10523) - Kyoto, JAPAN - AUG 13, 2012
Draught at The Old Toad Dogfish Head Fest 5. Very pale gold with no head. Nose of grape, must, dust. Think and dry, with flavors of grape, wine, apples, light hops. Like the mixture of a dry white wine with a dry cider. Nicely fruity. Enjoyable and unique.

bu11zeye (13029) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - AUG 13, 2012

bottle, thanks to bu11zeye, clear golden yellow with fizzy bubbles, aroma and flavor of a nice sweet musty german wein, aroma is a bit rubbery, some floral on the finish

daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - AUG 8, 2012
Gold pour, nice white head. Aroma of grapes, yeast, peaches, wheat, spice. Flavor is tart but not overly sour. Some white wine notes are there for sure, with some wheaty beer, yeasty goodness and the lightest touch of hops. Man this was tasty as hell!
