Bottle. The pour was a sparkling clear golden yellow with an average sized (1-2 finger) white fizzy head that diminished rapidly, leaving behind a light film with a medium collar and some pretty good sticky lacing.
The aroma was on the funky side with a mild hay malt and a musty Belgian yeast with notes of white grapes, green apple, a mild white wine and just a slight hint of alcohol.
The taste was sweetly tart with a nice note of grapes and malt early on, progressing into an almost sour funky taste with a big dose of yeast and a strong wine characteristic. The flavor stuck around for a nice long while, letting the tart yeasty wine flavor linger on the taste buds for a good long time.
Mouthfeel was light in body and nice and dry in texture with a good strong prickly carbonation.
Overall a very unique brew, a mix of wine and beer that was done so superbly that it gives it an almost champagne like quality with the body and flavor of an excellent Farmhouse Ale. Be warned this is one to be careful of; it has a 9% ABV that is virtually unnoticeable in the taste…
A nice off centered beer from the Dogfish Head. Cheers from the Cannery Row Beer Club!

Bottle a thick home. Thanks to my big boy Kjeld for this present! It pours light hazy yellow with a white head. The aroma is yeasty and fruity with spicy notes. The grapes are indeed there in white wine like way. The flavor is yeasty and sweet with notes of grapes and hops. Fruity finish. thewolf (12533) - Kolding, DENMARK - FEB 15, 2017

, Middelfart. Pours clear golden with a small, fizzy, white head that settles. Aroma has lots of grapes, white wine, pear, light vinious. Medium, lively carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, crisp, a light doughy note, lots of white wine character. Perhaps a bit short in the finish. But nice.
Bomber from mikkeller beer club. Hazy yellow with white head. Vinous with grape juice, floral and light spicy and bitter. Dry with medium bitterness and medium carbonation.

Light orange, clear body, with a small, frothy, off-white head.
Aroma of bread, sweet fruits, biscuit, a bit honey, slight grapes.
Tastes of grapes, other sweet fruits, bread, some honey,
Medium, a bit oily mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation.
Finishes bready, fruity, with graues.
Nice one, while nothing special. Quite simple, with nice grape notes and a bready malt body, but I’m missing some more diversity. Good to drink, but I’ve had better fruit beers.
