Golden color under a white head. Smells like English malt with a little bit of earthy hops to it. Flavor is very very clean English malt, with some yeast esters hanging around. Earthy hops in the finish, but definitely just for balance; not overdone. Some apple flavors in the finish. Very drinkable. egajdzis (6830) - Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 18, 2005
Poured a golden color with a small, white head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of cereal, grains and citrus. Clean and crisp taste, citrus hops, berries, light sweet vanilla, and other sweet malts. Low to none DFH house character. Enjoyable and quaffable.
