A hazy orange beer with a fine off-white head. The aroma is of alcohol, ginger, oranges, and cloves. The contains loads of ginger and is very sweet, and is very carbonated, but also contains notes of caramel and alcohol that runs over the tongue. A very special, but very nice beer. joergen (29216) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2006

Color was reminiscent of turning leaves in the fall. Aroma has coriander and orange peel. Taste is surprisingly subtle and miled, vaguely resembling a wheat beer. Ginger is evident, but only in the background. Interesting and drinkable.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with rich, lively, creamy head. Aroma of candi-sugar and cinnamon. Sweet and malty with traces of honey. The flavours are complex, but subdued and the finsih is warming and pleasant with some herbal spiciness. madmitch76 (25568) - , Essex, ENGLAND - NOV 29, 2009
10th September 2008. Also featuring Antarctic water and African Muscavado sugar. Clear gold beer. Ginger dominates but does not overpower. Smooth to the point of being silky with a sweet note in the mid. A little hop in the finish. Very drinkable. Papsoe (25056) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2006
(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy amber with tiny, floating impurities. Small, rough head. Soft yet spicy ginger in the nose. Low carbonation and a pleasant, smooth mouthfeel. Medium body with sweet malt and spicy accents - the ginger really shines through. Almost no bitterness. 060706 chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 8, 2004
Cloudy, pale orange colour. The aroma has a farmyard quality and the flavour is very sour. Much like a lambic. But there’s evident spice in here as well. Woody and malty too. Sharp finish. Curious, but intriguing. I like it. Bottle at the DC gathering.

750mL bottle, pours clear copper with a medium near-white head. Aroma of ginger, coriander, nutmeg, rice and yeast. Flavour is much sweeter than the aroma suggests, with a dry body of rice, ginger, coriander and nutmeg. Very strange - not overly enjoyable.
