Can sample at a tasting at Dagan's. Thanks Dagan. Clear-to-hazy blond with a huge white head. Salty, slightly sour aroma with lemon peel. Salty, some pepper spicyness, lemonade in the mouth. Light body, soft fizz, salty, juicy finish. Gerbeer (4221) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - NOV 29, 2017
12 oz can. Pours a yellow amber with moderate head. Aromas of salt, citrus, and coriander with a wet wheaty base. Light flavors of same. Nicely balanced and refreshing. Expecting more lime influence based on the blurb but won't complain. patrick767 (4474) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - NOV 29, 2017
bottle, rated early 2017 - Hazy orange pour. It has a tart lime aroma. The flavor is sweet malt with lime, moderate tartness, and salt that comes together in a light, refreshing, and tasty brew. Very good.

12 oz can. Aroma is doughy, lime, Fun Dip stix, Pours hazy golden with a one finger white head with decent retention. Taste is sour (7/10) with flavors of lime, wheat, salt, coriander. Creamy mouthfeel. Very interesting idea for a beer. Seems like it could have been better, though. anders37 (27907) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 25, 2017
Sample @ GABF 2017. Pours a hazy golden orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour salty lime aroma. Fruity sour salty lime flavor. Has a fruity sour weak salty lime finish. rjplumer (1267) - Foxboro, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 21, 2017
A mild lime aroma. The head starts very fizzy but then fades fairly quick. The body is a burned orange haze. A sour taste blended with lime tartness. Fades quickly with a dry finish with only a hint of sourness. First sour that I've found reasonably drinkable. tmoreau (4818) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - NOV 20, 2017
12 oz. can poured to a Czech-pils glass at home showing a hazed, orangey/gold color, with fizzy, white froth that gradually dissipated along with minimal dots and dashes of lacing that slid into a persistent ring of foam. The nose was seltzer scent, lime, light spice, and white wine. Fizzy, lively carbonation promoted the impression of a better than light body, with considerable dryness, tartness & tanginess, a bit of rind-like astringency, and slight salinity that was more seltzer-like than that of sea salt. A refreshing ale that projected better than average expression to the notes across the board for a session brew.
