I never thought I’d give a rating this low to a Dogfish Head beer, but here we are. It’s unimpressive in look and smell, but it’s just downright bad in taste and feel. Everything about it is weak and feels cheap, and I just can’t fathom how Dogfish Head’s name is on it. Avoid this beer. Mjp12 (1805) - York, North Yorkshire, ENGLAND - OCT 26, 2015
Lots of strawberry on the initial taste, but then some overbearing sweet and sour notes. Not very pleasant . Quick3Beers (1202) - East Falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 23, 2015
Pours a golden amber from a bottle, effervescent. Sweet, lots of strawberry in the nose and mouth, with a hint of sourness in the background like morning breath. Not a great beer. Sorry DFH.

Clear, deep golden color. Medium-sized, off-white head . Aroma of strawberry jam and honey. Rather sweet , however not over sweetened taste with notes of strawberry wine. gunnfryd (14824) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - OCT 20, 2015
KRS 130515. Deep golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is malt, strawberry, honey. Flavour is sweet, strawberry, honey, hay, floral, spices. Weird beer. larsga (7508) - Oslo, NORWAY - SEP 29, 2015
Medium offwhite head. Clear amber body with carbonation. Fruity
perfumy herbal aroma with spicy notes. Sweet-acidic strawberry and
spice taste with wooden vanilla notes. Mid-to-thin body. Mild, mealy
mouthfeel, slightly fizzy. Faintly acidic apple and spice aftertaste
with floral soda pop notes. I don’t know. It’s certainly remarkable,
but I don’t really enjoy it. (0.355l bottle, from Kihoskh,
Copenhagen.) emacgee (4674) - Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA - SEP 26, 2015
Cloudy orange amber with one finger of quickly failing off white head. Nose shows cereal grains and cooked oatmeal with light strawberry. Raw honey with an earthy note on the back end. Flavor’s not my thing. Weird earthy notes from the sorghum and the strawberry/honey combo isn’t doing it any favors. Medium light bodied with a crisp carbonation and touch of alcohol. chinchill (4934) - South Carolina, USA - AUG 20, 2015
From a 12oz bottle.
Looks great, including a very durable bone colored head. Smells promising but the somewhat weird flavor doesn’t follow, especially in the finish and aftertaste. Still, this is a flavorful and interesting gluten free ale.
