Ok Saison. Lemongrass and mediterranean herbes in aroma. Citric in taste. Yeast is there. Palate is a tad soapy. Michael27 (2439) - Berlin, GERMANY - NOV 18, 2017

Bottle from Red Spirits & Wine. Pours a deep gold with a fluffy finger of head that lingers. Herbal nose, with pear and apple notes, a touch of floral aromas as well. Pink peppercorn, dried pear and more herbal grass. Lingering pear sweetness with a peppercorn. Expectations exceeded. beer-yum (1955) - Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 6, 2017
Funky floral aroma in a light gold pour. A surprisingly full sweet and spicy body is followed by a surprisingly zesty finish. A decidedly big beer - too big (for the style) maybe? fidelis83 (2535) - Clinton, Iowa, USA - AUG 23, 2017
Hazy pale gold with a one finger bright white head and a high effervescence. Aroma is sage, rosemary, mint, thyme, cereal, a bit of bread, citrus, white peaches. Flavor is sweet pale caramel, wheat, toast, lots of rosemary, light sage, some thyme, hints of cereal, and some earthy and floral hops. Medium body, slightly syrupy, medium, sharp carbonation. Good stuff overall, I’d say it’s a solid Saison, with some odd, but bearable, kinda tasty spice additions.

Light gold almost lager like. Heady. Aroma is off beefjerky with saison barnyard leather and Bottled 6 mo ago. On sale for 5$ a 4 pack. Has some lemon and orange flavors with the herbal and beefjerky. Lot of citrus and saison spices and a bit of funk. Ill admit the herbs used sounded gross, its mainly in aroma it seems. Not bad for a style I dont go for but its off. shobramberg (27) - Connecticut, USA - JUL 30, 2017
Saison du Buff pours a transparent cobalt yellow with a white, creamy head. Upfront aromatics include herbs and spices with sweeter, subtler melon notes at the end. It has a medium mouthfeel and semi-metallic lingering finish. The dry taste is reeled in by the herbs and spices. True to saison form, it’s a funky beer deserving of a pour whenever the collaboration comes about.
