Aroma: Citrus-lemon and grapefruit with hints of pepper.
Appearance: Sparkling blonde gold with thick, white head.
Taste: Medium sourness with light sweetness.
Palate: Medium body, thin texture, aggressive carbonation, long dry finish.
Overall: Itís well developed, but much to dry for me. Still, obviously a good beer and very well designed. cheap (5797) - Beaver Valley, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 20, 2011
OK, had this at the vintage estate on tap but it was called season ale and supposedly it was brewed for winking lizard. They said it simply said season ale on the keg, didnít see it myself. Clean and yellow. Thick head. Smell just like plain old good beer. Short intense what I perceive to be lemon or citrus shock to the tongue. Bitterness sets in after a few slugs. Maybe a little bandaid in there, I think. Yes, medium bitter finish. Quite unique, glad to have had the chance to taste this. overall decent beer, yes, one of a kind. Served on draft at the Falls Church Alehouse on 6/10/11. Pours a hazy amber color with a medium creamy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of bready notes and grassy hops. The taste is bready, grassy hops, caramel, faint spice and a bitter finish. Medium bodied. GnarlyGnome (770) - Fairfield, Ohio, USA - JUL 26, 2011

Pours a light hazy yellow with a small white head. It has aromas of spice and pepper. A lovely yeasty flavor with that familiar Belgian spice that I love. This is a great saison in my opinion, and one of the most drinkable Iíve had the pleasure of tasting. Steeeve (327) - Ambler, Pennsylvania, USA - JUL 25, 2011
On tap at the Rehoboth brewpub. Cloudy golden pour with a thin white head. Floral nose with light herb and spice, grass, hay, and banana. Tastes a little on the fruity side with a dose of grassy hops and a dry spice note on the finish. Not really a whole lot of yeast character in this. Pretty standard and drinkable, but I like my saisons a little funkier.

Appearance: Pours a golden clear color.
Aroma: Somewhat spicy aroma from yeast.
Taste: Light hop, complex notes of fruit from the yeasts, a little spice.
Palate:Medium body, lingering aftertaste.
Summary: A decent saison, glad that I got to try at the Brewpub and well made, but very burned out on the style.
12 oz DRAFT. Nose is light with pepper, spice and citrus. Flavor opens with a sweet malt followed by some spice and a long mellow bitter floral character. Easy drinking Saison that is closer to a well hopped golden ale with a farmhouse yeast. Tmoney99 (14376) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUN 27, 2011
Draft. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that was lasting with good lacing. Moderate to heavy spice, yeast and citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sweet citrus flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid complex drinkable beer. zach8270 (4022) - Henrietta, New York, USA - JUN 16, 2011
(draft @ Winking Lizard Tavern - Peninsula OH) Cloudy gold with a frothy white head. Slightly fruity and citrusy aroma with some mild hop and spicy yeast hints under it. Flavor starts off bitter and grassy with some light fruit and spice coming at the back. A bit bitter on the aftertaste, almost a bit too much for a saison in my book. danielcurtis81 (1519) - San Diego, California, USA - JUN 15, 2011
Served on tap at the Lizard as part of Baby Shower. The appearance is a almost and amber brown with a white head. The flavor and aroma profile in this Saison is really nice. A lot of fruits, mango, cantaloupe, papaya, light hops, banana, spices. pepper. Very great summer profile. The mouth is nicely carbonated. A sparking juice. I really enjoyed this beer.
