Sweet/tart nose -- cider, nectarine, lemongrass. Appearance is hazy orange/tan, with light sandy head. Flavor is similar to the nose, with dry wood and grainy overtones. Reminded me of an altbier, actually. Quite good. GABeerMan (48) - HOSCHTON, Georgia, USA - MAY 8, 2002
Very good beer. Sweet aroma, good taste and finish! Northernbrewer (151) - St. Paul, Minnesota, USA - FEB 16, 2002
A American PA that dosn’t overdo the hops and has a pleasant fruity character from the yeast. Bottle conditioned with a loose yeast made it unnesisarily cloudy. Herbal hop nose is mild and pleasant and balances nicely with the strawberry and peach fruit from the yeast. Malt is subduded and not a major player.
Well made and easy drinking. Nothing exceptional, but a good choice for when all you want is a beer. Puss Gutt99 (206) - Oldtown, Florida, USA - JAN 5, 2002
had a great hop aroma but a sharp bitterness to it that lingered belgianhomebrew (646) - Acworth, Georgia, USA - DEC 5, 2001
This is a fairly smooth beer with a great hop aroma and flavor. A good session beer.

I loved the aroma of this beer. Almost as flowery as its namesake. Nice hop balance. A great pint! billb (245) - Acworth, Georgia, USA - NOV 4, 2000
Good color, flavor and aroma for a pale ale. Smooth, medium bodied with a rich hop aroma. Great with some hot wings or something bbq’ed. wade (58) - Decatur, Georgia, USA - MAY 3, 2000
Good body and initial flavor, but lacking in aftertaste and carbonation.
