Bottle shared at Murphy's Law. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of brett, barnyard funkmanure, pretty pooey, tart light fruits and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet, sour and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Murky light orange. Thin head. Aroma is fruity and citric. Taste is musty, bitter, and a bit mouldy. Not good.

No nos ha gustado. El olor es muy bueno, pero no sabe a cerveza, el gusto es más parecido al pomelo

Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 28B/18B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L13072016 (BBF 07/2017). AROMA: medium sour aroma in balance with grapefruit from hops. slightly sweet malt background. APPEARANCE: golden color and clear. medium white head with good retention. TASTE: medium-high sour note, followed by medium hop flavor (grapefruit). medium-high hop bitterness. slightly sweet malt background with a neutral character. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. faint astringency. OVERALL: a very interesting variantion of a APA-style similar beer, altough the bitterness is a bit on the higher range, clashing a bit with sourness.

UPDATED: FEB 9, 2017 33cl bottle. Hazy light amber with nice off-white head. Sour, fruity and hoppy. Very nice.

erickok (6037) - Leuven, BELGIUM - JAN 27, 2017
Hazy light amber, very stable head. Sour fruit aroma, touch candy like. Simple but pleasant. More towards the lactic sourness. Sweaty malts to balance. Somewhat herbal hoppy. Very flavourful beer. First sip is mostly the sourness, but then the beer becomes surprisingly balanced, sweet rounded malty balance that. Bit bitter too, but wouldn’t call it hoppy. Nice brew, quite refreshing except perhaps for the sweet middle. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)
