Un très beau cidre à la robe dorée, au nez élégant sur des notes de pommes acidulées, sur un fond minéral. La bouche est droite, nette, équilibrée, digeste et idéale sur le dessert. Un cidre de soif.

Bottled. Ambery golden colour with no head. Aroma is sweet ripe apples along with some resiny and mild wooden notes to it. Flavour is sweet ripe apples, some mild white wine elements as well as mildly yeasty notes. Quite bold palate, though the flavour isn’t the most exciting.

750ml bottle 7/24/15 (Courtesy of TerryR)-34° in Lager Glass-Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a small white head and lots of carbonation. Aroma of oak, spices, and apples, and florally. Taste of the same. This light bodied cider is well rounded and quite tasty. One of the better ciders I have had.

thewolf (12789) - Kolding, DENMARK - JUL 8, 2014
Bottle, bought @the cidery. Serious gusher. Pours murky dark golden with a medium, fizzy, off-white head. Aroma has plenty of oak, tartish apples, light cinnamon. Medium, prickly carbonation, very dry and light mouthfeel. Flavour has lots of oak, a hint of Cognac, green apple. Elegant tartness, a bit of chalk. No sulphur, very drying finish. Yum.

750mL 2012 bottle shared with GT2. Nearly clear orange gold color, high carbonation. Aroma is ginger, cinnamon, honeysuckle, sweet baked apple, musty barn, juicy melon. Taste is dry with prickly bubbles, tart green apple, mild sweet melon. Definitely a complex cider and on par with the best from France. Comes together really nicely. The best of the ciders from our haul from Sweden, thank you Alex!

> Masterpiece cantaloupe forward farmhouse cider with high carbonation

[ 2012 Bottle ][ 75cl c&c ][ _angst_ ][ $16 ][ Tired Hands Stemware ][ 5/24/14 ]
>> Pours a hazy bright orange gold with high, persistent, perfect carbonation. Lasting head. Yeah baby, perfect aroma of starfruit, cantaloupe, small sugar, fresh hay, morning dew, farmhouse sunrise, musty cider cellar, barn. Taste is dried out in the back with refreshing champagne carbonation. Small apple skin and small oak barrel. No sugar, but the front of the palate seems sweet with cantaloupe. This is definitely getting close to a top level cider, heading in all the right directions. A bit salty in the finish. Small fruit juice acidity and faux sweetness throughout really make this one a masterpiece.
