UPDATED: JAN 5, 2018 Pours a very bubbly gold from a can, big Peary aroma and flavor. Not dry by any means. Good perry. DuffMan (10772) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 18, 2017
On tap @ Mondial de la Biere 2017, Montreal. Palest yellow, medium carbonation. Very sweet pear overshadows whatever rusticity the yeast may impart. Too sweet for my preference. tom10101 (6297) - Quebec, CANADA - DEC 5, 2015
Bottle (355 ml) at home. Side-by-cide with "Canneberge" and "Draft". Clear pale yellow with a small quickly vanishing white head leaving no lacing. Aroma is of sugar and mild apples, pears and white wine notes. Taste is also sugar with more pear, less apples and not much white wine anymore. Body is light to medium. Carbonation is medium to high. Sugary finish. Better than Canneberge because it feels less artificial and it’s easier to drink but still nothing to get excited about. lesifflebiere (1928) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - APR 11, 2014
Doré pâle, effervescence vive. Poires, pommes, vin blanc en nez. Au goût, très sucré, pétillance finalement adéquate, rondeur intéressante. Minderbinder (3469) - Québec, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 13, 2014
Pours very clear blond with no serious head. No lacing. Aroma is of apples, funk, sugar. Taste is of apples, sugar, very faint hints of slight reminiscent notes of pears, bretts?. Palate: Medium body, medium carbonation. Bubbles are big and looks fake. Overall: Nice funk. A tad too sweet: I prefer the regular version (draft). Not clean enough. Still enjoyable for sure. The funk kick is there in the background, but the sugar overwhelms it. Not so drinkable.

355ml bottle. Clear yellow pour. Apples, pears and white wine characteristics. Sweet with a nice acidity. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture. 574deadzone (1420) - North Central, Indiana, USA - DEC 2, 2013
Pours a clear pilsner-esque gold, very fizzy producing a thick white cap that settles immediately to nothing. Nose involves quite a bit of farmhouse funk, mild pear fruit, vinyl, champagne, fairly medicinal. Super sweet flavor, mildly tart. Medium bodied, very soft carb, with a sweet pear finish. Strange in that it’s so sweet yet so farmy. If this were a dry cider, it would’ve been quite good. j12601 (13304) - Poughkeepsie, New York, USA - JUL 25, 2013
Bottle shared with my wife. Pours a clear gold with a small white head while pouring that deflates quickly. Aromas of soft old pear and warm fruit leather. Rather vinous Lovely and sweet. Lots of nice pear flavor going on. Sweet pear candy. Finishes with some more sweetness. On the sweet side, but quite tasty. magsinva (1493) - Virginia, USA - MAY 27, 2013
Bottle from Bruisin’ Ales - pours clear goldenness with tiny bubbles. Aroma is funky with notes of barnyard, the pear is kind of subdued. Taste is sweet and the palate is sticky and syrupy. Overall, solid. DiarmaidBHK (6151) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 27, 2013
