UPDATED: FEB 1, 2018 Tap. Appearance: nice, hazy very light straw yellow, nice white foam with medium to high retention, low carbonation. Smell: smooth hoppy pineapple and very light pine. Taste: notes of pineapple and pear, very light (to no) hops piney notes, low sugar, low to medium bitterness, high drinkability but lacks texture for style. Overall: good aromatic NEIPA, but definitely lacks texture and feel.

Aroma is passion fruit, orange and grapefruit, something a little herbal as well. Taste is the same, perfect hoppy goodness with a smooth, long, just a tiny bit bitter finish. This is a hop combination I can get behind. Hazy as expected. Soft mouthfeel, reasonable carb just a little too fizzy. This is the best IPA in Ontario right now and one of the best I've ever had.

473 ml can. Quiet pour with modest carbonation and citrus-pine resin aroma. The beer has a murky gold colour with a rich craggy white head and abundant lace. The smooth malty start has biscuit notes expanding into the middle. Some pine resin and grapefruit notes emerge in the finish. Good mouthfeel and smooth throughout. Would enjoy it even more on a warm summer day.

473 ml can mail ordered from brewery. Pours a very hazy pale golden yellow colour with moderate-sized white head. Aroma is big on tropical fruit and citrus with some green hoppiness. Flavour is papaya, orange and tangerine zest, as well as a little grapefruit. Mouthfeel is on the creamy side. No bitterness to speak of. Quite nice.

Big on citra. Big hop and drinkable. Decent india pale ale, but nothing outstanding and maybe just averge. Crushable though.

Can from the brewery - thanks Dirty Matt. Opaque dark yellow with a foamy white head that somewhat fades - quite pretty to look at. Bright tropical aroma with a good amount of papaya, some light lemon pulp, tangerine, and melon, bitterness holds off until the end of the palate when you get some booze and a nice dry citrus finish, nice balance with a moderate+ body and mild+ carbonation. Really solid.

2017-10-16. Hazy orange body modest off white head and nice lace. 3++ Aroma has a layer of green hops (possibly lupulin powder?) over citrus. Flavour has nice big citrus hop flavour, moderate bitterness throughout. Finish is a touch odd, I can't quite put my finger on why, in a way that is similar to other hazy hoppy beers I have had recently. Possibly the yeast or the oats interacting with the hops? 7+ Average plus bodied palate, good carbonation. Not perfect but rather tasty, I had it again the next day! 7/3-4/7-8/3/16+ On tap at Brothers Beer Bistro, Ottawa.

En fût au brothers. Blonde casi blanche très voilé. Beau nez. Puissant. Houblonné à fond. Résine. Tropicale. Épicé. Belle texture. Riche. Sucrée. Amertume modéré quoi que plus amère qu'une neipa standard. Agrumé. Citron. Clémentine. Tropicale. Finale sèche et apre. Bien. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Bowman's Bar and Grill. Pours a fairly small but thick frothy white and has a super hazy yellowy golden appearance. Leaves some thick sticky lacing. Aromas of tropical fruits, very citrusy and some floral notes. Flavours are nice and citrusy, big juicy hop notes, some pine and grapefruit hints. Fairly sweet with some subtle bitterness on the palate. These Vermont style ipa's coming out have all the attributes of hoppy ipa's but are so much smoother and bitterness is more subdued. Love it!
