Reddish amber colour with a slight off white head that dissipates quick leaving some lacing. Aroma - pine, resin, spicy, citrus, fruity but overly subtle for an IPA thats claims to be for hop lovers. Taste - spicy hops followed by malty caramel notes and some fruit. Fairly bitter. Ok but not enough hops for me ads135 (5207) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - JUN 7, 2014
Light reddish color with an off white head. Decently balanced between a caramel base and some fruity hops. Tried at the DC Drink the District Derby Days with Matt and Justin.

The Hop Mountain pours a cloudy bronze orange with a beige head that lasts for a brief moment. The aroma is floral, pine and caramel. The flavor is pine and floral with caramel. Overall this is a decent beer, but nothing special. Lukejcollins (3) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 20, 2014 does not count
This beer has a very intense smell, however the flavour is a bit of a muddle.

Bottle. Hazy dark amber with a thin to medium off white head. Aroma of hops and citrus, quite malty, caramel. Flavour has roasted malts, caramel, spice, minted lamb chops, mild bitterness and mild hoppy finish. Not masses of wow factor but certainly drank it happily. minutemat (6210) - Shropshire, ENGLAND - APR 18, 2014
355ml bottle from Utobeer. This is all about rich citrus and fruity hops, without getting too sweet. Tastes nice in the Spring sun, although could be fresher.
