Tasted 9/4/15 at Toledo, Spain. BB Nov 2015. Poured a cloudy honey golden colour with a two-finger white open foam head that retained well and laced OK. Carbonation very low and fine. A few yeast floaters noted. Aroma of very nice citrus (strong lemon) hops with a hint of passion fruit/tropical fruits. Taste of passion fruit/tropical fruit and spices; very nice moderately strong hops bitterness. Light to medium body. Finishes with a lingering spicy bitterness. Not too bitter, just right and nice. A refreshing change from macro-brewed lagers. A good IPA. The best Spanish beer tasted to date.

Cerveza refrescante y rica, con olores citricos y hervales y sabores citricos que recuerdan al pomelo.

3.11.2014. Very pale, almost yellow. Sediments. Lots of foam. Aroma is dominated by lemon, and sth almost like saison yeast. The same in taste. Id say this tastes more like saison.

Bottle in the hotel room, Madrid, 27.2.2015. Clear greenish gold with white head. Crisp leavy aroma, some garlic and freshly cut grass. Bitter, hoppy, a little spicy and a little stale aroma. Medium body.

Muy apetecible, redonda y fresca. Para todos los públicos por su amargor comedido y su potente aroma de lupulo fresco y exótico. Amable pero sin excesos de maltas caramelo. Muy limpia.

Clear y ellow colour with an enormous head, Smell of tropical fruits, pine, cloves. Light body, good carbonation. Taste of tropical fruits, hints of spices, banana, malty. Too poor on the bitter side for an IPA.

What a fantastic find! An actually GOOD ipa that is fresh cause it’s made here in Spain. Milky straw pour with generous pillow top white head. Great Piney and fresh green hop aroma. C hops all the way. Slight spiciness from the hops too. A little soapy, but barely noticed. Now, I’ll be the first to admit, that in the states, this would be low threes, but here in Spain, it’s a goddamn hop savior! Lol

Great IPA. Intense aroma with tropical fruit and notes of peaches. Medium body with a well balanced bitterness. Great hops. :) I enjoyed every drop.
