Hazy amber colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head, that leaves nice haze. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramelly and mildly toffeeish and spicy. Flavour is a bit sour wood, some fruits, alcohol, toffee and mild spicy notes.
(Bottle, 0.33 l, at One Pint Pub, 20130509) The beer poured deep mahogany coloured and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sourness, sweat and honey. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sourness, malts, honey, yeast and bitterness. Aftertaste was sour. I think this beer shouldn’t have been sour. Weird.
