Bottle from daughter's stay in Door County ... thanks, Marty! akoeninger (775) - Wisconsin, USA - JUN 10, 2017
Pour a foggy orange...definite wit beer wheat with some nice funk...fruit edge from the hibiscus I guess. Very nice...glad she brought more than one back.
Pours a luscious, hazy, pinky orange. Faint floral and yeasty aroma and taste, hint of fruit. Lightly sweet taste with an astringent finish. Not quite what I expected. It’s refreshing, mellows out a bit as it warms and tastes a little more fruity. nuplastikk (6476) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 5, 2016
Tap at Sidedoor. Hibiscus certainly adds a mild fruity edge. Pink hued orange body. OK. Not really that great of a Wit or a Fruit Beer. Dry aspirin touch from the hibiscus. Medium bodied. Not really my favorite. wlajwl (7124) - Quad Cities, Iowa, USA - OCT 5, 2016
Aroma is hibiscus, wheat and spices. The flavor is hibiscus, wheat, spices, funky yeast and a mix of slight sourness and a hint of astringency in the finish. Carlisle (816) - Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 12, 2015
Bottle. Rich bronze color with white head. Wheat malt and coriander aroma with floral and pepper notes. Wheat malt with citrus and mild pepper upfront. Some caramel and a crisp bite in the effervescent finish.

Pours a hazy light chestnut amber with a frothy head. Aroma is light floral, a touch of banana bread. Taste brings out the tropical hibiscus flavor, though it blends really well with the bread banana notes. Texture/palate is on the lighter side. Flavor seems to begin to fade, but lingers lightly on the tongue for a long time. Overall, Belgian in style, medium body, sweet, nice finish, nuanced. madvike (3303) - Middleton, Wisconsin, USA - AUG 12, 2015
Bottle - Deep amber pour with a ring of white head. Nose is candied pineapple and pear, with coriander and dusty yeast. Taste is the same, with a bit of booze and sugar mixed in. Cereal grains on the finish, along with a little light spiciness. Slick and fairly thin body with ample carbonation. Would love this if it was a bit drier, but then I guess this would be a little sister. Don’t get the florals initially, but they come through a bit as this warms. jaymobrown (1845) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 31, 2015
Enjoyable. Grapefruit, spice nose. Fruity of apple and lighter types. Apple. Medium finish. arkurzynski (2461) - Combined Locks, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 30, 2015
UPDATED: SEP 7, 2015 Hazy amber. Nose of light floral spice and Belgian yeast with sweet wheat malt and citrus. Flavor is light lemon citrus and yeasty spice with a light wheat and faint vanilla finish. crossovert (14006) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 25, 2015
355ml bottle. Slight hue to the pour, a nice creamy witbier, some spice, like it.
