Poured a cloudy gold color with aromas of spice, light yeast, coriander, and wheat. Flavors follow suit, more spice int he flavor than I like, but decent overall, a basic wit beer. Carlisle (893) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 22, 2015
Bottle. Cloudy straw color with white head and some lacing. Lemon, cloves, and rosemary aroma with licorice notes. Yeast, orange-lemon citrus, anise flavor. Cloves in the finish.

Light, straw color, spicy nose, spice, fruit and moderate fizz. Out of the beers that I had there, this was perhaps the most pleasant. BeerInHeaven (520) - Brillion, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 18, 2015
pours a clear straw gold with a medium white head. Aroma is faint hay and spice. Taste is full with some spice and a little hop presence. Quick dry finish. Refreshing and enjoyable. vikingguy (1106) - Carver, Minnesota, USA - JUN 29, 2015
Served with orange slice. Gold and not cloudy, weird for a wit. Orange and spice on the nose. Taste- spiced fruit cake flavor, orange zest, clove, cinnamon and vanilla. Wheaty semi-dry malt base. Weird at first but grows on you.

Tap. Golden with small head. Very spice forward wit. Big coriander. Light citrus. Slightly unbalanced. MaltOne (417) - Wisconsin, USA - MAR 2, 2015
Pours pale straw gold, brief head. Aroma is distinctive - citrus, coriander, tropical fruit, a bit of yeast. (For slightly more yeast and a cloudier look, stir up the sediment in the pour). Flavor takes the aroma and adds ginger notes. Palate gives the spice a textural quality. Overall surprisingly complex and full flavored for the style. A slice of orange rather than lemon. Nice. Bottle poured a clear gold with a lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast and light coriander. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast, coriander and a hint of citrus with a crisp dry lingering coriander finish. tmoreau (4888) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - NOV 2, 2014
Draft at the Door County Brewing Co. taproom in Baileys Harbor, WI., served to a large snifter displaying a hazed, orangey gold color, with a frothy layer of soft white head foam that gradually diminished to a thin ring & film, and left some dots & dashes of lacing on the glass. The aroma was light wheat, floral notes(rose hips?), orange peel, and spice, mainly coriander. The floral and spice notes continued expressively in the taste, which was light to medium bodied, a bit overly carbonated, a little soapy, and not as fresh as I would have hoped for in a Witbier. Still peaked my interest, and was fairly tasty. 1pintatatime (181) - Madison, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 9, 2014
Pours a hazy yellow with a thin, white head. Aroma is bread, banana, and cloves. Taste is sweet and bright. Bubblegum, banana, lemon, cloves, and coriander are all present. Mild to medium body. It could use a slightly more crisp finish but still quite tasty.
