Bottle at home, clear brown, rocky light brown head. Malty and passito wine in the aroma, dry fruit, raisins, caramel and honey, nutty. The carbonation covers the nutty caramel malty chocolate notes with a soft licorice root ending. Unfortunately.

330ml bottle (thanks FatPhil). Very dark chestnut color. Medium size, beige head, stays. Wet sheep skin, malty, sourish, yeasty in aroma. Sour, woody, yeasty, prunes in taste. Sour cherry stones in aftertaste. Sour crisp mouthfeel. Covers alcohol quite well.

330ml bottle (Koht, Tallinn)
On pouring a dark fruity aroma, rather nice, but in the glass theres the sour thing going in. Some coconut aspect too. Taste just carries that sourness thing through first, but does have a nice sweet dark caramelly bready body too. I like the grains, but the sourness just rubs me up the wrong way. Lightish palate, does cover the 7.5% rather well, but I think the alcohol has been scared away by the sourness. As am I. A certain dirtiness to the malts. Does segue to a sour-brune cherry stone flemish thing in the finish later. But too much dirtiness, all in all.

Flaska frn Beergium. Brun klar vtska med lgt smbubblig skum. Lite smbubblig munknsla. En stor varm oud bruin med mjuk rund syra och en stma som balanserar den riktigt bra. Krsbr och russin dominerar smakbild med lite tr och honung i bakgrunden och en tydlig krnbeska. Riktigt trevlig.

Almost wine like aroma: sweet and fruity. Very dark brown/black. Little head. Heavy sweetness, heavily sour. Very nice, interesting and suprising beer.

"brown" sour aroma, burnt sugar maybe? Intense rainbow of mild sourness. Cant feel the alcohol. Sourness gets too intense but still not too much. No foam. Rich brown colour. Unique taste.

Tasting bij mij thuis. Salmiak en appel, gerst-zoetigheid. Lekkere knalkurk! Backlog from 2014/12/12.

1/2 pint, 6 North, Aberdeen. Pours medium brown and quite opaque with a slightly red hue. Head very quickly dissipating. Scent is minimal, clean, slightly sour. Taste is quite plain with a lager like yeast, or maybe guiness like, that forms its sourness, which is a disappointing feeling. Finish is like water. Fine.

Bottle from Drankcentrale Rotsaert. Loosened the cage, which allowed the cork to missile itself into the ceiling with such force, that it rebounded onto my bonce and actually hurt me. Taste is a bit wobbly: booze burn, candy, sour nut. Slightly English, slightly malformed.
