Guter Duft - schön hopfig-herb. Herb auch der Antrunk mit ansprechender Frische. Im Mittelteil dominiert das Malz um im Abgang wieder dem Hopfen Platz zu machen. Excellent bitterer Nachhall.
Sehr gut komponiertes Pils.Test vom 28.5.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche leaparsons (10502) - Wigston, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAY 24, 2004
Golden with a small head Aromas are grain, butter and hops. Flavours are crisp grain and biscuit malts. Bitter and dry as a pilsner should be. Good carbonation, too. A a good pilsner. motelpogo (7704) - Plzen, CZECH REPUBLIC - OCT 16, 2001

50cl bottle pours clear gold with thin white head. The mild aroma is sweet with sugar malts and then picking up faint notes of noble hops and just a sense of grainy maltiness. The taste starts with a pleasing spicy bitterness that’s soon joined by a mild amount of floral hops. Thankfully the spicy hops persist and provide a nice level of bitterness and do a good job keeping the modest level of sweet malts in check. Overall a spicy hop forward Pils. Right up there with Urquell and Budvar in my opinion. johndoughty (5398) - cheslyn hay, West Midlands, ENGLAND - OCT 20, 2002
Nice golden appearance
with a light hoppy aftertaste.Very thirst quenching - a good but not outstanding pilsener. MichaelAwesome (6516) - Wanne-Eickel, GERMANY - SEP 26, 2012
Winner of the day. Starting with a bit citrus and malt - ending with malt and some different grains. A bit bitter but very refreshing. Great beer made with love and wisdom. Just a classic. ALLOVATE (3004) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - OCT 12, 2006
Though the petty label leaves much to be desired I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It was just a simple, light summer refresher, as straight as an engineers rule, but oh-so easy to drink. Into a tall pilsner glass from the bottle. Palest, palest yellow in body with champagne-like carbonation rising up to surface below a loose, pillowy white crown that lasted and legged-well down the sides. Faintly vegetal aroma showing a mixed bag of leafy herbs, sweet/sour ripe lemons and just a distant whiff of grain. Honestly all rode on the flavour as everything else seemed questionable. In the mouth it is very light and very, very delicate. Again some distant grains in the flavour, slight sweetness upfront only playing second-fiddle to some lovely, spicy hops that dominate all the way into the sallow. Cracked lemon-pepper, damp grass and mint leaves, and some bitter vine-clippings dance across the tongue to hit an apex before a sourish, bitter hop swallow that deserves another. Quite zingy overall, not unbalanced - quite well made in fact - and very, very clean to taste. Nice!!! ( 33cL, 30/11/06, Int’l Beer Shop, W. Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, white head. Aroma is grainy, crispy hops, slightly creamy and very clean. Flavor is slightly bitter, crispy hops. Subtle but balanced and clean. Great pilsener.
