Pours a clear yellow with a thin white head. Not much flavor. Maybe if I was really thirsty it would be OK. jooilakon (277) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAY 8, 2017
Bottle 355 ml from an Amazon order. Aroma has some spice to it, doesn’t smell like a lager to me (and I am not sure I like it). Medium sized short-lived white head and a clear golden body. Tastes a little bit like a dry cider mixed with a lager. I couldn’t finish the whole bottle. gripweed57 (2871) - Hamilton Square, New Jersey, USA - APR 22, 2017
Clear gold color. Light white head. Sweet fragrant malt nose. Sweet fruity malt flavor up front. Slightly tart and bittersweet finish. No real hop prescence. Whatup14 (2165) - Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, CANADA - APR 15, 2017
Canette 355ml. Couleur jaune très pâle translucide, mousse blanche. Arôme de maïs, végétal, un peu de paille. Goût végétal, sucré, infime amertume. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps faible. BrewWhisperer47 (4) - Umatilla, Florida, USA - APR 6, 2017 does not count
IMO the best Mexican beer out there. Slightly different than taste than American Lagers.

This reminds me of the British description of Coors and Budweiser American beers: it’s like having sex in a canoe -- it’s fucking close to water!
Use a condom, or drink at your own risk! PilsnerDoctor32 (435) - madrid, SPAIN - MAR 27, 2017

Guerra! My favourite mexican beer. Very clear, crisp, almost sharp beer yet very drinkeable. Drinked loads of them in Playa del Carmen. Nice one oobawa (1748) - Tennessee, USA - MAR 6, 2017
Oh swell. That Dos Equis Amber tap turns out to have Special Lager coming from it. I mean, no, neither option is a good one, but dammit, I do not need a pint of fizzy yellow DESL in front of me at this point in the evening. Yellow-gold color with a slight white head. Smells like shitty lunchtime street corn the vendor has left over from the night before. Tastes the same, with an all-encompassing buttery yeasty blech dominating the flavor. Sweet. Unpleasant. Shoulda asked for a lime. RW80 (2813) - Hoogeveen, NETHERLANDS - FEB 26, 2017
355ml can tahanks to Benzai. Apperance: A clear golden with a small quickly diminishing head. Aroma: cardboard, malts, straw, biscuit tones.
Taste: moderate sweet watery, cardboard, malts, straw, biscuit tones.
Low carbonation, thin watery body.
Simply lacks the crispyness, and becomes one of so many industrial lagers.
