This was bottled for GABF and just opened now. The aroma was solvent-acetone like. The appearance was a clear crisp light golden color with a very thin white head that dissipated rapidly. Very noticeable carbonation. The malt taste was unusual and difficult to describe - pecan roll syrupy sweet with a spiciness that lingers through to the aftertaste. Medium body, moderately carbonated, but astringently dry. Very unusual flavor to this pilsner. Ratman197 (14976) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - AUG 13, 2009
On tap at Dostal Alley poured a clear yellow with a lasting white head. Aromas of bread, light citrus and light spice. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of straw, light citrus and a hint of spice with a smooth clean finish.
