Cloudy rich amber with a frothy head. Smells like wild rye and just the good ole, outdoors. Smooth, rull rye taste. Medium-strong bite. Very refreshing. Good lacing. Nice bitter, hoppy poignant pininess on the finish. Errl (2442) - Plano, Texas, USA - OCT 18, 2012

Growler thanks to Errl.
The beer pours an orangish-brown color with a white head. The aroma has a lot of rye and some orange citrus notes. The flavor is a little more complex. I get some nice rye malt and toffee notes, as well as some biscuit malt. The hops add some nice grass and orange citrus notes, as well as a hint of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. mar (5434) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 17, 2012

One of the least bitter IPAs I’ve tried. It was more like a lager. Not much aroma, a little dry. Acceptable, not great.
